Forest & Partners was founded in 2022 by Jonas Skov Porskrog with an ambition to bridge strategic HR and recruitment through partnering with Danish companies. Jonas is entrepreneurial, passionate about leadership, and brings a proven track record from some of Denmark’s largest companies.

Meet Jonas Skov Porskrog
Jonas Skov Porskrog is the founder of Forest & Partners and works closely with both clients and candidates throughout the process, from the first conversation to the follow up after the hire. That gives you a sparring partner who knows both your business and the candidates in depth.
Jonas is a certified TT38 Talent Test Consultant and certified in TT38 Team Test with Talents Unlimited. The tests are used as a supplement to interviews and references when it makes sense for the assignment. Read more about TT38 Talent Test.
