TT38 Team Test for your team
TT38 Team Test shows the team’s combined talent profile: which strengths are present, which roles are covered, and what is missing. It is not an assessment of individuals, but a shared picture of how the team works together.
How it works
- Each team member first takes TT38 Talent Test individually.
- The team analysis is generated from the individual profiles and shows the team’s strengths, blind spots and critical team roles.
- In a workshop with Jonas Skov Porskrog, who is certified in TT38 Team Test, the results are turned into concrete actions.
