A team can consist of skilled people and still lack a shared direction. Team building with TT38 gives a shared picture of the team’s strengths, ways of working and differences, so it becomes clear why collaboration works well in some places and creates friction in others.

How team building with TT38 works
- Clarification. A short conversation about the team, the purpose of the day and what it should lead to.
- TT38 before the day. Each team member takes TT38 Talent Test online, so everyone arrives with their own profile.
- The day itself. The team’s talents are reviewed through exercises and shared reflection, led by Jonas Skov Porskrog, certified in TT38 Talent Test and TT38 Team Test.
- After the day. The agreements can be followed up, so they also hold in everyday work.

Half day or full day
- Half day, about 3.5 hours. The team’s talents, exercises and agreements on collaboration. Ideal for kick offs and team meetings. From €1,275 excl. VAT.
- Full day, about 6 hours. The same with more time for exercises, roles and a concrete action plan for the team. From €1,945 excl. VAT.
TT38 Talent Test costs €120 excl. VAT per participant in addition. The day is for 4 to 20 participants, and larger groups can be split. The day takes place at your office or a venue of your choice anywhere in Denmark.

There are two formats: a half day of about 3.5 hours and a full day of about 6 hours.

Do participants need to prepare?
Yes, a little. Each team member takes TT38 Talent Test online before the day. The test takes about 20 minutes and is available in English.
